Wherever possible, as a fresh Fruit and Vegetable Supplier in Kent, we promote and offer seasonal British fruit and vegetables. Much of this is grown in Kent by farmers and producers, some of which we have had relationships with for three generations. Over the years we have built up a large network of growers, some of which grow especially for our specifications. Award winning soft fruit, magnificent forced and field rhubarb, artichokes and squashes are highlights. We also supply Kent potatoes all year round. Kent has some of the finest growers in the country and we are proud to showcase their products and supply them to schools and caterers.
As well as offering local produce we import directly from Europe, receiving deliveries from our suppliers in Spain, Rungis Market in France and Holland several times each week. Our buyers are at both Covent Garden and Spitalfields Markets on a daily basis where our lorries are loaded up in the early hours of the morning before setting off back to the farm to unload at the warehouse.
